This Bicycle Frame Pannier and Cell Phone Bag from Roswheel is a clever way to keep your cell phone safe and visible and charged when you're out cycling.
So this bag is designed to hold cell phones with screens up to 5.7". I have a Moto X Pure, which is 5.7" and it fits perfectly even with my case,The phone is held in place via velcro and elastic
The generous compartment underneath the phone is designed to hold a portable battery so you can charge your phone as needed. There are velcro tabs to hold a portable battery firmly in the bottom and there is still room for other things like keys and a wallet. If you often cycle where cell phone coverage is spotty, your battery can drain quickly. I LOVE being able to have a battery pack with me so I know I won't end up stuck somewhere with a drained cell phone battery and no way to call for help.
On the bottom end of the bag is a headphone cord opening and there is an included headphone jack adapter that you can plug your earbuds into so you can listen to music or take calls while riding. (Always observe safety precautions when riding and listening or taking calls, though.)
The bag attaches to your bike with 3, adjustable, heavy duty, velcro straps. Two of the straps are under the body of the bag and they strap to top tube (cross bar) and the third strap is at the top end of the bag and it straps to the head tube. Because of the strapping system, the bag stays in place and does not rotate around the bars or slide down the top tube. It works great.
This is such a great solution for where to put your cell phone when riding! It can fall out of your pockets and if you're wearing bike shorts, there are no pockets. You can use an arm band but those are sweaty and there is no room for a portable battery bank.

This is the perfect size for my items and my iPhone 6. I like that I can see the screen on my phone to navigate the gravel roads around here. It is secure and handy

I just received this bag. I really like the looks of it and my iPhone 6splus fits in it with a case and the screen is operational through the plastic. The case seems sturdy.

this its my bike nicely. Great quality. Highly recommend. The velcro straps are long enough to fit any really any bike style and the access can be easily tucked away. I could still use my phone through the plastic. Holds my keys, chapstick, phone, earbuds, bike gloves, granola bar etc perfectly with room to spare-- would recommend.

This bag fits my large phone just fine, with room to carry a usb powerbank or a couple energy bars in the lower compartment. And it looks pretty sweet mounted on top of my teal Diamondback Trace. It even stays secure enough during my day-to-day riding

A lot of thought went into the design, shape, utility and quality of this phone bag. There is a lot of room for a spare backup portable charger and cable, a wallet, keys, gum, chap stick, a small multi allen wrench and a spare tube in case of a flat. The pictures displayed are exact in how well it fits without being bulky and cumbersome. your items inside stay dry as a bone. I haven’t experienced any issues with the bag getting in the way of knees while cycling.

THIS is what a bicycle phone holder should be. I previously used a velcro'd bag that was about the size and shape of half a sandwich with a flap that closed over the top and closed with velcro to secure the contents. What if I want to use my smart phone as GPS/navigator? What if I'm caught in a rainstorm?
THIS Roswheel Bike Bag solves all the irritations I had previously at a very reasonable price. It attaches to the top tube and handle-bar stem with velcro straps. The cell phone slips easily into a compartment that is completely visible, covered with clear plastic. I can see the phone and it's screen easily - I can even do minor "touches" to the screen through the plastic although, as you'd expect, it's not as responsive as it is out of the pouch. There is also an opening in case you wanted to run a cord through to your phone from the generous storage bin beneath the phone slot - you could attach both ear buds and an external battery so as to not run down your phone while you're navigating your ride. Just the storage bin beneath the phone alone has about three times as much space as my old "sandwich" holder. I have a seat bag with tools and an extra tube, but I could fit all of these into this storage space.
I was given a sample of this product in exchange for this review but, honestly, where have you been all my life?
